Hi, I’m Sarah! I’m a Somerset-based Instagram Specialist & I help business owners like you with all aspects of organic Instagram Marketing.

As a professionally trained Social Media Marketer, I started Muted Tone Media in 2021 to help independent businesses build a strong Instagram presence. I work with brands across the UK, supporting a select few on a regular basis and training others, either 1:1 or in group workshops.

Social Media is a powerful tool for your business, but it can be exhausting. I help take the pressure off!

Hi, I’m Nicky a brand photographer from Bristol, With over two decades of experience as a pro photographer.

I take pride in capturing stunning images that empower and elevate small businesses and brands. Based in the vibrant city of Bristol, I’m passionate about using my skills to produce beautiful visual content.

My branding images have a fresh, natural and relaxed style, using a mix of styled shots and location work. The most valuable asset in your business is you and your story so a brand shoot is a wonderful way to visually tell this story and communicate your values to potential clients.

The Locations chosen for each of Our workshops, are carefully selected, and are picked for their natural aesthetic, good natural light and location, creating the perfect environment for your brand shoot and B Roll videos.

Who is the session for?

Business owners who want professional imagery but aren’t ready for a full-length shoot right now or have been thinking about getting a shoot but are not sure and this is the ideal opportunity as a taster session.

Founders who want to speed up their Instagram content creation, but keep it high quality and on brand.

What’s included in the workshop?
  • 5 fully edited, high res images (with the option to buy more at a cost effective price).
  • Edited b-roll video content.
  • An Instagram Content Creation pack with ideas & tips for using & storing your imagery.
  • Follow up group zoom call , where we will go through the Content creation pack and answer any questions you have!sent to you so don’t worry if you can’t make this)

When do I need to Pay to secure my Place?

Payment is required in full on booking your space.

What is B-roll?

B-roll is short video clips that feature you but where you aren’t necessarily facing the camera. They’re incredibly useful to help you stay visible for your business & streamline your content creation. We’ll be giving you masses of content inspiration to help you use them, so don’t worry if you haven’t used them before!

How long is the shoot?

The session will be 3 hours long, shared with the other business owners.

There will also be time in the session to get to know the other business owners and also grab a coffee and Pastry too! ( we are big fans of coffee so always make time for this!)

Is there a planning session included?

There won’t be a planning session, but once you’ve booked we’ll send you a planning guide, so you’ll be fully prepared and a form to complete to tell us more about your business.

What do I need to bring?

You and a couple of items that link to your business, so this could be your laptop, phone, branded coloured notebooks or small items that are connected to your business.

What about outfit changes?

There will be time for one outfit change and we would also recommend to maximise your two outfits you may  like to bring an extra top, scarf, jacket etc too.

There will a designated room for you to be able to change in.

Is there parking nearby?

We will give you the parking details for your venue along with the booking form.

Do I need professional hair & make-up?

No, not at all! But if that would make you feel more confident then of course you can! There won’t be time or space for this at the venue, so you’ll need to organise this before you arrive.

Can I bring someone along to be my ‘client’?

Unfortunately, we won’t have room for extra people. However, you’re welcome to ask one of the other business owners whether they’d be happy to help you.

What happens if the weather is bad on the day?

We’ve planned for that, so don’t worry! There’s enough inside space to get great shots without needing to be outdoors (although we definitely will if it’s fine!).

What’s in the Instagram Content Creation pack?

We want you to get maximum use from your new imagery & save you tons of time with your content creation, so we’ll give you plenty of ideas to use your captures multiple times. We’ll also share our top tips for storing your images so they’re easy to access.

Can I chose my 5 images?

Yes you can, they will be available to download from your personal online viewing gallery and you will also have the option to upgrade to the full gallery for an additional cost should you wish too. The additional cost for the full gallery should you wish to upgrade is £85.

When can I expect my images?

The Images & B Roll will be delivered to you 2 weeks after the workshop date.

How will I receive my images & videos?

The images and B Roll will be made available to you via a digital download.

What’s the refund policy?

Due to the limited nature of our sessions the spaces are non refundable unless we are able to sell your place. However, you’re welcome to send a friend in your place, we just ask that you let us know in advance.
